It has caused the school community (teachers, and students) to reflect on the methods of teaching and learning. Participating teachers are exploring ways of improving the learning process of students, by employing student- centred approaches like group work.
It has improved the international profiles of the schools. All schools have gained international recognition as a result of participating in the exchange program. We could go and on about the benefits of these school links, but the bottom-line is any school worth its salt, should embrace these school links as the only way of being compliant with the new global trends in the new flat world we live in.
