Cultural Bridge Builders in Hadeland

Wednesday March 3rd North-Partner joined a partner course in Hotel Hadeland - mixed FK-meeting; preporatory course new participants (3 weeks) and partner meeting 3rd and 4th.  Mr Pellegrino Riccardi worked on Intercultural Communication. If you work in an international environment then you will know what a cultural gap is. As a cultural bridge builder I help people from different cultures close that cultural gap. Mr. Riccardi helps you understand how people from other cultures think, feel and behave in certain work situations. When you can understand how and why people from other cultures think, feel and behave as they do, then you can communicate more effectively with them.
